Trap Kitchen is a fully licensed commercial kitchen located in Bywater providing prep and production space for rent to food professionals such as caterers, food truck operators, and other food entrepreneurs.

 

Our facility is a great place to maintain or grow your food business and includes most standard kitchen equipment, such as an 8-burner range, convection and conventional ovens, fryer, 30-quart mixer, reach-in cold storage, dry storage, pots, pans, utensils and more.

Hourly / $30, 4 Hour Min.

Storage / $25 Dry or Cold, Overnight

One time Deposit / $100

MONTHLY BILLING PLANS*:

800.00 up to 40 hours monthly + storage

$1200.00 up to 80 hours monthly + storage

One time Deposit / $300

 

*these are base rates, other fees may apply

Food Safety Certificate (ServSafe, etc.)

Online or In-Person Class: Louisiana Restaurant Association
