Trap Kitchen is a fully licensed commercial kitchen located in Bywater providing prep and production space for rent to food professionals such as caterers, food truck operators, and other food entrepreneurs.
Our facility is a great place to maintain or grow your food business and includes most standard kitchen equipment, such as an 8-burner range, convection and conventional ovens, fryer, 30-quart mixer, reach-in cold storage, dry storage, pots, pans, utensils and more.
